Add Child Page option shouldn't show for pages derived from Site Templates

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Site Template.
2. Create a site based on the previously created Site Template.
3. Go to Site Builder -> Pages
4. Click "Configure" of Home page.
5. Assert warning message displays as "This page cannot be deleted and cannot have child pages because it is associated with a site template.".
6. Go to Site Builder -> Pages
7. Select the Home Page and hit the add button in the upper right corner (which says: Add Child Page of Home)

Expected result: "Add Child Page" option shouldn't display since the page cannot have child pages

Actual result: "Add Child Page" option displays in the dropdown menu.
