Step to reproduce:

1. Add a vocabulary
2. Add a category in vocabulary
3. Add a web content article based on Basic Web Content and Select the new category
4. Add a display page template based on Web Content Article and Basic Web Content
5. Add a Heading fragment to page
6. Click editable field of Heading
7. Select Categories in mapping Field
8. Click Publish
9. Mark as Default
10. Site Builder > Content & Data > Web Content > Web Content tab
11. Click ellipsis button of web content article
12. View Content

Expected Results:
The new category should be shown in display page template.

Actual Results:
The following info is shown in display page template.
