Description

Wrong messages are shown when publishing a Web Content with no title

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Web Content -> Structure -> Add new Structure; 
2. Add an image field -> Save;
3. Click on Web Content tab -> Add new Web Content;
4. Click on the one created in steps 1 and 2;
5. Add an image and publish without a title;

Expected Result

An error message should be displayed to the user

Actual Result

An error and success message are being displayed to the user
