Cannot insert table doesn't render under wiki page admin

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to CP > Content and Data > Wiki
2. Click Main
3. Click Plus button
4. Click on Table icon

Expected Result:
A table UI pop up and table inserted and renders borders.

Actual Result:
There's no pop up on table UI and error is thrown in browser console.
