Description
It is not possible to add a field by drag and drop to an empty form view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Global Menu > Control Panel > App Builder > Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View > try to add a field to the form body by drag and drop - Bug;
3. Try to add a field to the form body by double-click - OK;
4. Try to add a new field to the form body by drag and drop - Bug;

Expected Result
It is possible to add a field by drag and drop to an empty form view.

Actual Result
It is not possible to add a field by drag and drop to an empty form view.
