Description
It is not possible to save Form Views after translating select type fields having the User language different from the Instance Language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the User Profile > Account Settings > Language > Change to non-English language;
2. Go to Global Menu > Applications > App Builder > Objects > Add a Custom Object;
3. Add a Form View > Add a field (must be a Select from List, Single or Multiple Selection);
4. Change the Form View language > type a Form name;
5. Try to save the Form View.

Expected Result
It is possible to save the Form.

Actual Result
It is NOT possible to save the Form.
