      Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Navigate to blogs entry form field
      2. Click on the content field > Add > Table icon
      3. View flyout that appears

      Actual result:
Any numeric entry can be entered in the Rows/Cols fields. If something like 1000000 was entered, the system will go ahead and process that request and end up significantly slowing down/crashing the browser.

      Expected result:
Upper bounds should be set on how many rows/columns can be entered.

      Reproduced on:
      Tomcat 9.0.33 + HSQL 2.3.
      Portal 7.3 DXP EP5
      Firefox 79
