Step to reproduce:

1. Add a new user > Give him the admin role
2. Add a widget page > Add a blogs portlet
3. Add a blog entry
4. Click on comment icon > Subscribe the comment as Test Test
5. Login as the newly user
6. Add a comment to that blog entry
7. Login as Test Test
8. Go to notifications > Click on the comment notification

Expected Result:
Users can view the blog entry through the notification.

Actual Result:
The requested resource could not be found.
