Reproducing Steps

1. Create a new site.
2. Create a new basic web content.
3. Add a new widget page.
4. Add an Asset Publisher to the page.
5. Edit the Asset Publisher's Configuration to enable Display Settings > Enable > Subscribe.
6. Activate local Staging with Page Versioning enabled for public pages.
7. Restart Liferay to prompt the the scheduled task CheckAssetEntryMessageListener.
8. Go to the staging version of the page.

Expected: The page's status is not Draft and the its history does not have a new Draft entry.
Observed: The page's status is Draft and the its history shows a new entry with Status Draft and blank User.
