Saving a modified MB workflow submission does not return the user to the preview screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable workflow for MB
2. Submit an entry
3. As an administrator, assign the workflow entry to yourself
4. Navigate to workflow notification
5. In the preview screen, click the edit icon to edit the entry
6. Make some changes in the MB form
7. Click save

Expected result:
The user should be redirected to the preview screen (step 5). This behavior is consistent with the behavior observed when modifying and saving a Blog workflow submission.

If it is expected that the user stays on the same screen after clicking save, then there should be a different button like "Return" (instead of "Cancel") to navigate back to the preview.

Actual result:
The user stays on the same page. The portal doesn't give any visual help on where to navigate to next after the entry is modified.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.33 + HSQL 2.3.
