Cannot navigate by arrows into edited Message Boards action menu on PG

      Description

      Steps
      1. Create/have Widget site and go there
      2. add Message board
      3. Use Tab to: navigate to Actions and press Enter
      4. Use Tab or arrows to navigate to: Move to Recycle bin
      Expectet result
      it is possible to reach 'Move to Recycle bin' menu option
      Actual result
      not possible to navigate inside the Action menu
