Required fields asterisk are not standardized

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content and Data -> Web Content -> Structure tab;
2. Add all fields and set all of them to required;
3. Now, go to Web Content tab and add a new one;
4. See how the asterisks behave

Expected Result

Required fields asterisk should be standardized

Actual Result

Required fields asterisk are not standardized. In the 7.2.x version, the asterisks are red and big (ActualResult-Aug21-LPS-119584.mp4). In master, some are small and red, whereas others are big and black (ActualResult-Aug21-LPS-119584-E2.mp4).
