Changes to email address and screen name do not save

    Description

    Step to reproduce:

    1. Application Menus > Control Panel > Users and Organizations
    2. Add a new user
    3. Password
    4. Change the password of new user to test
    5. Information
    6. Change the email address
    7. Click Save
    8. Type test in dialog
    9. Click Confirm

    Expected Results:
    The success message should be shown.

    Actual Results:
    The success message is not shown.
