As a portlet developer, I want to decide whether internal categories show in the categories selector or not

    Details

      Description

      Motivation

As a result of developing internal visibility for vocabularies (see LPS-118293 and LPS-115314), the categories taglib lacks an attribute to determine which categories to be used regarding their visibility.

In this story we'll implement a new attribute in the taglib so that portlet developers can decide whether to show vocabularies or not according with their visibility. Also we'll set it OOTB as "visibility=all" in all places where categories selector is used.

      Acceptance Criteria

The applications where the taglib is used, so the implementation should be tested, are the following:
      Blogs
      Message Boards
      Calendar
      Knowledge Base
      Web Content
      Bookmarks
      Accounts & Organizations
      Users Admin
      Wiki
      Documents & Media
      Pages
      Site Settings (categorization)
The acceptance criteria for all this applications is the same:

      • Given the [application]
      • When the user tries to search by category or to assign a category to an item
      • Then all categories, regardless the visibility of the vocabularies they belong to, are available
