Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open any page with avatar icon
2. Press tab to cycle through to try to get past avatar icon

Expected Result:
able to cycle through all interactable elements

Actual Result:
tab gets stuck at avatar icon

No issue when shift + tabbing through avatar icon

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.33 + MySQL 5.7
