Wiki pages links do not work when the locale is in the url and the page has spaces in its name

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new page named "test test"
2. Add a wiki portlet in a page
3. Go to the all pages tab
4. Click in the page to see it: It works!
5. Add the /en/ locale to the url: (for example http://localhost:8080/en/web/guest/wiki/-/wiki/Main/test+test): It fails!
