      Description

      Test Scenario 5.1: Admin user can define which languages a role can translate

      Test Scenario 5.2: User can translate a Web content to the language she has permissions

      Test Steps:

      1. Login in Test Test
      2. Add a web content
      3. Add a regular role with only 'view' permission about Web Content
      4. Go Site and Asset Library Administration > Configuration > Translation
      5. Give the translation languages permissions with Chinese and Spanish
      6. Add a new user and assign her the new role
      7. Login in as the new user
      8. Go to Web Content
      9. Assert the translate to field only can select Chinese and Spanish, other languages are not available to select
      10. Select Chinese
      11. Assert the user can translate the web content to Chinese
      12. Assert the user can publish the translation

      6. Give the translation languages permissions with Chinese
      7. Go to site configuration > settings > Languages to remove Chinese from Current language
      8. Login in as the new user
      9. Go to Web Content
      10. Assert info message shows: you don't have permissions to translate to any of the available languages
