Steps for reproduce:

1. Add page called "Context Page"
2. Add Blogs portlet
3. In the Blogs portlet, add a new blog entry titled "liferay context"
4. Search "liferay"
5. Click into "liferay context" blog entry result, assert "liferay context" is displayed in the Blogs portlet
6. Go backe to search page, on the Search Results portlet, click on the kebob > configuration

Expected result:
Kebob can be clicked
Actual result:
All portlet's kebob can not click
