Description
The Duplicate option from Fieldsets is available in the Form Builder.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Global Menu > Applications > App Builder > Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View > Go to Fieldsets tab > Create a Fieldset > Add it in the Form Builder;
3. Click in the Action Menu from that Fieldset;
4. Hover the options.

Expected Result
The Duplicate option is NOT shown.

Actual Result
The Duplicate option is shown.
