Ignoring session criterion when a user one matches the current user

Given a segment with a user criterion in which the current user belong to and a session criterion when the using the segment to personalize a page then the session property is ignored.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create (if not existing) user with email [email protected]
2. Create Segment s1 with criteria:
   1. User email contains liferay
   2. session property url contains page1
3. Edit home page
   1. Create experience e1 using s1 segment
   2. Delete the container and add a simple heading "s1"
4. Log in as [email protected] (if not yet)
5. Navigate to the home page

Expected:

The default experience is shown

Actual:

The experience e1 is shown
