Steps to reproduce

1. Create a content page
2. Add an Image fragment
3. Double click on the image or click select in the right menu
4. Select or load an image. Note: here you could face issue LPS-120347

Actual result
Image is not loaded immediately

Expected result
Image is loaded without refresh

Workaround
Refresh the page will load the image

Notes
This also happens when we want to change the image. Old one remains till we refresh the page
