Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in with Test Test
2. Go to Control Panel > User and Organizations > Add a photo to the user "Test Test" (optional)
3. Go to Applications Menu > Workflow > Process Builder > Configuration
4. Assign "Single Approver" to "Blogs Entry"
5. Go to Site Menu > Content & Data > Blogs
6. Submit a Blog
7. Go to Personal Menu > "My Workflow Tasks"
8. Click on the "Task"

Actual Result

• The author avatar icon is cut on the top

Expected Result

• The author avatar icon should not be cut on the top
