Steps to reproduce:

1. Add web content with title, summary and content
2. Enable translations single approver workflow
3. Navigate to web content and click Translate
4. Translate the web content into Chinese and submit for publication
5. View notification

Expected Result:
The side-by-side preview shows original and translated texts correctly.

Actual Result:
Translated texts with Chinese are not displayed.
