      Description

It would be nice to be able to add support to prefill the form values from  the request .

One solution could be to use query parameters in the URL or in the body so that the presented form already have some of the fields filled and allow the usr to modify its contents.

An example use case would be (real case) a slack bot that detects that someone is asking a question in the slack channel and offers the possibility to post the question in Questions. The bot would present a link and will use the text written in the slack message to pre-fill the body of the question (allowing the user to tweak a little bit the text but not making him/her writting all of it again) and maybe adding a title.

We could also use the headless APIs from the slack channel, but it would require more work to handle the user login and register process (things already solved in the web). Besides, it could make the integration between questions and Slack more fragile.
