Changes to own email address or screen name not saved

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as Test
      2. Go to Account Settings
      3. Update email address or screen name

      Expected results: Changes are saved
      Actual results: Changes are not saved

      Alternate steps:

      1. Add a new user
      2. Log in as new user
      3. Go to Account Settings
      4. Update email address or screen name

      Expected results: Modal to confirm password displays
      Actual results: You do not have roles to access this portlet displays in modal

      Same issue as addressed in LPS-119613 also reproducible in accounts user.
      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Application Menus > Applications > ACCOUNTS
      2. Add a new Account
      3. Add a new account user and save
      4. Change the email address or the Screen Name
      5. Click Save
      6. Type test in dialog
      7. Click Confirm

      Expected Results:
      The success message should be shown.

      Actual Results:
      No success message and the new value not updated.

      Reproduced on:
      Tomcat 9.0.37 + MySQL 5.7. Portal master DXP GIT ID: 30e4b2b7654d886a1edf8631ccbb852b3847354c.
