Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Applications Menu > App Builder > Objects
2. Create an Object with Form and Table View
3. Go to Applications Menu > App Builder > Apps > Workflow Powered
4. Create 2 Workflow Apps using the same object
5. Add and complete an entry on 1 Workflow App
6. Go to the other Workflow App

Actual Result

• "Edit" option is displayed and leads to a "temporarily unavailable" error message

Expected Result

• "Edit" option should not be displayed
