Step to reproduce:

1. Add a widget page
2. Add a Blogs widget to page
3. Design > Style Books
4. Add a new style book
5. Select Buttons form
6. Type #00FF00 in Color field of Button Outline Secondary

Expected Results:
The text RSS should become #00FF00.

Actual Results:
The text RSS is still #6b6c7e.
