Having an incomplete calculate rule will not save the Form View

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Control Panel > Objects
2. Create new object with form view
3. Add Numeric field to Form View field
4. Create rule with condition *Numeric **is not empty *
5. Change rule action to Do Calculate *Choose a Field to Show the Result *Numeric
6. Save rule and then save form view

Expected Result
Form view should error out with Error:There are invalid rule expressions

Actual Result:
You are taken back to the form view tab of the object and the form view is NOT saved
