The Related Assets Collection Provider in Collection Display doesn't work in Staging site

Step to reproduce:

1. Enable the Local Live
2. Add a display page template based on Web Content Article and Baisc Web Content
3. Add a Collection Display to display page template
4. Click the body of Collection Display
5. Select Related Assets Collection Provider
6. Select Bordered List as List Style
7. Publish the display page template
8. Add a blogs entry
9. Add a web content article
10. Select the display page template as Specific Display Page Template
11. Select the blogs entry as Related Assets
12. Publish the Web Content
13. Product Menu > Publishing > Staging > Publish to Live
14. Navigate to the Web Content admin in Staging site
15. Click the ellipsis button of web content article > View Content

Expected Results:
The title of blogs entry should be shown in display page template.

Actual Results:
The display page template is empty. However, the title of blogs entry is shown in display page template in Live site.
