Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to Control Panel - Content & Data - Knowledge Base
2. Add a new Knowledge Base folder
3. In the upper right three dot menu click Export / Import
4. Export and save the LAR
5. Delete the Knowledge Base folder
6. Import the LAR exported in Step 4
Expected Results
The Knowledge Base folder is imported.
Actual Results
The Knowledge Base folder is not imported.
