As a Fragment Developer I would like to re-order the fragment editables so that Page creators find them intuitive to use

Intro/Context:

Currently, when we have a tab/slider fragment in a page with several items they appear unorganized. DropZones have the same names and placed in different part of the fragment tree.

The goal of this epic is to bring order to the fragment info for fragments with repetitive information.
