The liferay-ui:flash tag provides a tag to play Adobe Flash movies.

The goal of this task is to delete the liferay-ui:flash tag in line with End of Support for Flash.

Acceptance Criteria

• The liferay-ui:flash module is no longer available and bundled with DXP
• The tld defining the tag does not contain such tag anylonger. This includes project-templates-war-mvc-portlet and util-taglib
• A Breaking Changes note indicates that the flash tag is no longer available

Additional considerations

• Currently, the only usage of the tag can be found inside the already archived flash-web module. This module should be deleted earlier to completing this task as part of Delete flash-web module
