Thumbnails for master pages and display pages are not being persisted when exporting/importing them between sites

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new master page or display page template
2. Add a thumbnail to the master page
3. Go to export/import and export the site as a LAR
4. Delete the site
5. Create a new site
6. Import the LAR in a new site

Expected result: The master page mantains the thumbnail

Actual result: The thumbnail is lost
