The calculator in Rules should display the Field Reference instead of Field iD

As a consequence of LPS-121561 where it was added the new Field Reference, this field should be displayed in the Calculator (Rules > Actions > Calculator) instead of the Field ID.

 Steps to reproduce

1. Add a Form with at least two 'Numeric' fields
2. Go to rules and add a new rule
3. Select 'Calculate' as the action and choose the first numeric field to show the result 
4. Click on 'Add Field' dropdown and include the second numeric field in the calculator expression
5. Save the Rule
