The file size is not responsive in automatic selection when change the width of viewport

Step to reproduce:

1. Add a page based on Blank
2. Add an Image fragment to page
3. Click the editable field > Image tab
4. Click the Select
5. Upload the attached image
6. Take down the number of File Size
7. Change to the Tablet viewport

Expected Results:
The Width should be 1000px and the File Size should become smaller in Image panel.

Actual Results:
The Width is 1000px but the File Size is still original value in Image panel.
