Git Pull Request:
1) Have apache in front of Liferqy DXP, following this article (option 1)
Download Apache binaries for Windows from here
2) Access the site via Apache
3) Upload a JPG file into Documents and Media
4) Create a new Web Content
5) In the content section click on add image and select the uploaded JPG
6) Crop the image and click Apply, Save, Add
7) Navigate back to Documents and Media, click on the 3 dots of the image, and select download
Checkpoint: open the file with a RAW editor to see it has PNG header (see screenshot)
It is important to set web.server.host to a hostname and then access the server through that hostname. (if you simply access it through localhost:80, the issue does not happen)
