As a user, I would like to be able to change the format of user mentions in Message Boards from @[username] to @[firstName lastName].
Usernames can be ambiguous and don't always make it clear that the right user is being mentioned.
The firstName lastName format would make it easier to ensure that the right person is being mentioned, and for other users to see who was mentioned.
