Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Applications Menu > App Builder > Objects
2. Create an Object with Form and Table View
3. Go to Applications Menu > App Builder > Apps > Workflow Powered
4. Create a Workflow App that contains at least 1 extra step
5. Go to the Workflow App assign an entry to a user (from Table View, Details View, or Edition View)

Actual Result

• The information and buttons are not updated until the page is refreshed

Expected Result

• A refresh of the screen is programmatically triggered OR the system should provide a message to inform the user that he/she may need to refresh the page
