Steps to Reproduce:

1. Prepare two portal (portal1 and portal2)
2. Add site1 to portal1 and add site2 to portal2
3. Add an image in the site1 DM
4. Configure the site1 remote staging to site2
5. Go to MB to add a thread with the image
6. Publish to live site
7. Go to the site2 to view the thread

Actual Result:
The image is broken

Expected Result:
The broken image shows well.
