1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content
2. Create some web content
3. Go to Applications Menu > Content Dashboard
4. Order by title

Actual result:
The web content is listed in the table sorted from Z to A.

Expected:
The web content is listed in the table sorted from A to Z.
