The file size should be same in the same width

Step to reproduce:

1. Add a page based on Blank
2. Add an Image fragment to page
3. Click the editable field > Image tab
4. Click the Select
5. Upload the attached image
6. Take down the number of File Size
7. Change to the Tablet viewport

Expected Results:
The file size should be the same as the desktop viewport

Actual Results:
The file size becomes larger.
