Steps to reproduce:

Scenario1:

1. (Not needed, master is using data engine) Enable data engine, fetch the commits in LPS-116774
2. Go to Content&Data > Web Content
3. Add a basic web content
4. Click the Image in web content editor
5. Check the Select Item iframe

Scenario2:

1. (Not needed, master is using data engine) Enable data engine, fetch the commits in LPS-116774
2. Enable Xuggler in Server Admin
3. Go to Content&Data > Web Content
4. Add a basic web content
5. Click the Audio/Video in web content editor
6. Check the Select Item iframe

Actual result:
Could not upload image/audio/video from DM via Select Item iframe.

Expected result:
Could upload image/audio/video from DM via Select Item iframe.
