Step to reproduce:

1. Add a widget page
2. Add a page based on Link to URL
3. Type https://www.liferay.com in URL field
4. Save
5. Add a web content structure with a Link to Page field
6. Add a web content based on new structure
7. Navigate to the widget page
8. Add a Web Conent Display to widget page
9. Select the web content
10. Click the link in Web Content Display

Expected Results:
Should redirect to https://www.liferay.com

Actual Results:
The page is loading. Additionally, the following error is shown in browser console.
