Workflow list is not being correctly sorted

 Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create some Workflows
2. Create a New Custom Object with Form View and Table View
3. Select to create a new Standard App and reach the "Workflow" page

 Actual Result:
Workflow list is not being sorted correctly

 Expected Result:
Workflow list is sorted by "Modified Date" (from the first to the last modified) just like it is on the "Process Builder" portlet
