Workflow App's entry is reflected on a Standard App

 Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a New Custom Object with Form View and Table View
2. Create a Standard App and a Workflow App (with an extra step) using the same object
3. Add en entry on the Workflow App
4. Access the Standard App

 Actual Result:
The Workflow App's entry is displayed with the "Pending" status

 Expected Result:
The Workflow App's entry should be displayed with the "Approved" (same as adding an entry on a Standard App without a workflow attached)
