Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to DM and add a document
2. Upload a file
3. Edit the file name> remove the extension
4. Click publish
5. The error "Error: The file name cannot be empty or without extension." will be displayed
6. Click the publish button again

Expected result:
The error will be displayed again

Actual result:
The document can be published successfully
