• The system will save the files, sent by guest and signed-in users, inside a folder named Forms
  • To view this folder in Content & Data -> Documents and Media, it is necessary to set the property dl.show.hidden.mount.folders=true in portal-ext.properties
• The admin can limit the maximum allowed file size for guest user uploads by going to System Settings -> Forms -> Site Scope (Forms) -> Guest Upload Maximum File Size
  • However, the Portal has the following property Overall Maximum Upload Request Size with a default value of 100 MB. 
  • In order to upload files larger than 100 MB, it is also necessary to change this property.
  • It is possible to change this property by going to System Settings -> Infrastructure -> Upload Servlet Request -> Overall Maximum Upload Request Size.
