Step to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Web Content admin
2. Add a web content based on Basic Web Content
3. Type title and content then publish
4. Click the ellipsis button of web content
5. Click Copy action

Expected Results:
There should be copy of web content shown in Web Content admin.

Actual Results:
Copy failed. The following error is shown in browser console
