Step to reproduce:

1. Product Menu > Content & Data > Web Content > Structures
2. Add a new structure
3. Drag Select from List, Single Selection and Mutiple Selection fields to form
4. Click one of them

Expected Results:
The option fields should have default value. For example, option 1: value 1 option 2: value 2

Actual Results:
The option fields are empty.
