The version of the document can not be increased after editing the file name

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to DM and add a document
2. Upload a file
3. Edit the file name>Publish
4. Go to view the document version

Expected result:
The version of the document should be changed to "1.1"

Actual result:
The version of the document hasn't changed
